Bambu Lab reveals H2D Pro: 350°C nozzle, dual-material printing, and fleet management support

Bambu Lab has launched the H2D Pro, a $3,799 enterprise-grade 3D printer developed for high-temperature, dual-material printing in professional, industrial, and educational settings. Bringing reliability, precision, and network security to the table, the latest Bambu Lab invention caters to R&D departments, small-scale manufacturing, and advanced training environments.

With a 350°C high-temperature nozzle and a 65°C actively heated chamber with smart airflow control at its core, the H2D Pro is equipped to use advanced engineering filaments like PPA-CF, PPS, and PPS-CF. With such materials professionals can print strong, dimensionally stable, and heat-resistant parts for a range of demanding applications.

The dual-nozzle system features tungsten carbide nozzles for durability, paired with an enhanced cooling fan to maintain print stability during extended runs. The printer also comes with the AMS 2 Pro and AMS HT modules for multi-material workflows, so users can switch seamlessly between different filaments.

A Vision Encoder for advanced motion control enables precision and ensures consistent quality even in complex print jobs. The next-gen 3D printer integrates WPA2-Enterprise WiFi and a wired Ethernet port, meeting strict enterprise network compliance requirements.

Bambu Lab offers custom fleet management development for agencies and businesses managing multiple machines, providing tailored integration tools and full technical support through its software R&D team.

“The H2D Pro offers unmatched value for professionals who require network compliance, advanced materials capability, and reliable performance,” Bambu Lab stated.

With its merge of high-temperature capability, secure connectivity, and versatile dual-material printing, the H2D Pro is a cost-effective yet powerful option for enterprises and institutions seeking to expand their additive manufacturing capabilities.
