Exciting milestone in additive manufacturing: Phasio and Dyndrite have launched the industry’s first fully digital, end-to-end HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) workflow. The integrated project is a combination of Phasio’s user-friendly manufacturing platform with Dyndrite’s robust MJF Pro print APIs, enabling manufacturers to transition from CAD files to certified parts with zero manual steps.
It has been common for MJF users to rely on manual build prep, legacy 3D tools, and the expertise of individual operators. Now, with Phasio Powered by Dyndrite MJF Pro, manufacturers can create their own rules once and let the system do the rest. Incoming orders are automatically converted into optimized, validated builds and are dispatched to any available printer with a click.
“Phasio’s mission has always been to eliminate the barriers between the front office and manufacturing,” Harry Lucas, founder and CEO of Phasio, said in a press release. “By integrating Dyndrite MJF Pro into our platform, we’ve bridged the final mile to one of the most advanced additive production systems, the HP MJF, and brought our vision to life.”
Dyndrite MJF Pro, a programmable build preparation tool, is at the core of the system, providing full control. To ensure this, the tool offers rapid high-performance nesting of thousands of parts, orientation lock for consistent properties across repeat orders, and automated part labeling and serialization for traceability. In addition to all this, python APIs eliminate human error and speed up workflows overall.
“From global enterprises to fast-moving startups, HP MJF users want automation, rapid iteration, and reliable data,” said Frank Lussier, Product Manager at Dyndrite. “With Phasio Powered by Dyndrite, they finally have it – a digital pipeline that transforms customer demand into ready-to-print jobs without a single manual interaction.”
